I see that at the doggy park all the time, the neutered dogs get chased by the males as if they were females...so there is something real to that thought, although I can not agree w it being ok. At the farms , I have seen ranchers do that, they place a castrated bull in the bull pens to allow intact males to mount it, in that is seen as normal in the cattle ranchers repertoir. The males can act male and relax, no fights in between excited males. They do not use females, becaseu unless in heat, she will not allow, and she could get harrassed . The castrated animals simply care less. I never knew the dog industry did the same. It is sad. I think that is sad.
