Get enough rest and exercise, eat healthy balanced meals, no binge drinking, use a condom.

And get your eyes checked. Most near-sightedness starts to appear at 18-19 and it sneaks up on you, making you strain to read until you fall asleep and you blame poor study habits when it’s really just your eyes.

College is expensive. Get your money’s worth.
