I was told that there is a natural way to tighten your vaginal walls?
I was curious, lol. Something that has to do with inserting a leaf into your vagina. NOT a regular, dry leaf from ANY TREE. I think you are supposed to boil the leaf and then insert it.
This is from the Caribbean Islands.
I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this.
I did not make this up. Laugh if you want to, but I really want to know if this is true or a wives’ tale.
Also, please don’t suggests that I do kegal exercises, I’m just wondering if this leaf thing is a myth.

I heard of something like this from a classmate from Haiti years ago… She was pregnant. And she said that from what was passed down to her as home remedy from Haiti was right before birth about a week before the baby is due the women should engage in a lot of sex because it loosens up all of the muscles before the baby is born.
She then said after the baby is born– the women in Haiti use either a leaf, a root or a certain type of bark maybe??? (which ever it was.) and they boil and then insert the broth inside themselves and it tightens up all the muscles…. I’ve lost track of her since school so I’m not able to ask exactly what it was but check with persons in the Haitian community I’m sure other women in that community know about that bush medicine remedy….. Heck in the Caribbean we have a root, bush, branch, leaf or concoction to treat any and everything.
I lived in the Cariibean and never heard that one – allthough those women down there do ave ALOT of remedies for different things. I can tell you that doing Kegal exercises (they teach you those in Lamaze classes) helps to tighten your muscles in the vaginal area. You should also limit sex with men who are Well Endowed (once in a blue moon, when u realllllyy need it!!!) repeated abuse of your body with those men will no doubt leave your self a little….roomy.ciao

The only home remedy that I heard of is to make a solution of alum/witch hazel. After applying such douche,a woman is not supposed to have sex for about a week. That is the one remedy I know was used back in the day in caribean brothels.
