my partner does not last long during sex, probably a minute at the most, and its only been the last 5 or so years that this has been happening, he is now 25, he hates it but says it costs heaps of money to get it dealt with, is there anything else he could do with out spending heaps of money

I always like to give the benefit of the doubt, but your partner’s excuse sounds real fishy to me. If he used to last longer but doesn’t now, I think it’s just because he likes to come fast, and doesn’t care that it leaves you frustrated. He’s too lazy to make the effort to train his sexual response back toward a longer duration, or to take the time to give you enough pleasure during foreplay that you don’t end up being frustrated. It doesn’t cost heaps of money to deal with, just some determination and in the worst case, a self-help book. If he keeps using that "heaps of money" line, I suggest you raise the possibility of you finding someone else who will treat you right – then he’ll have plenty of time and money to spend however he wants.
