What happens if I restrain from ejaculating a long time?
I’ve heard about tantric rituals which allows one to not ejaculate during sexual contact for a number of benefits in health and for the psyche.What happens in the male human body if semen "builds up”? Is there any physical way the sperm can dissipate in the body?

I think if you hold it in eventually it will absorb back into the body but im not too sure

if it bulids up at some point you wont have to be too turned on to ejaculate soooo youll eventually just let loose and theres nothing wrong with that….there will be alot too ;D hahaha
