Premature Ejactulation
What IS Premature Ejaculation?

First let us look at how premature ejaculation is defined from each partners’ perspective. A man’s may be that if he ejaculates and she didn’t cum with him, he just came because he was ready and was likely left wondering why she wasn’t also ready. On the other hand, a woman may feel she was left out or left hanging. In essence, one or the others perspective is being viewed. It’s either “It was so good, she should have cum when I did”, and the other being, “Why did he cum so fast? I wasn’t ready!”.
Intervention
When situations such as these arise, intervention must be taken and usually sooner than later, or ones sex life could really suffer. I’ll bet you’re asking yourself ‘What should I do’? Of course this is dependent upon each unique situation. But first, let’s look at some of the causes of premature ejaculation that you may better understand what may be happening.
Primary causes of premature ejaculation include;
- Quickly becoming overly excited
- Reaching an unproductive level of anxiety
- Either partner being inexperienced (such as virgins, male and female both)
- Having infrequent sexual encounters (and after some time, trying to perform)
- Private parts that are overly sensitive
Solutions, and cures may include;
- Becoming aware of your body and how it works
- Avoiding sexual turn on ‘s that cause you to become too excited too fast
- Making it last longer by spending more time pleasing your partner
- Masturbating a couple hours (or cumming twice) before meeting up with your lover
- Trying virgin creams, ‘Hot Rod’, desensitizes the penis
- Female virgin creams that desensitize the clitoris and vaginal walls. Do not make the mistake of purchasing tightener creams for females, virgin or not- this could cause premature ejaculation may worsen.
- Building endurance and desensitization by starting to play with yourself, then stopping when you feel you might cum.
And remember that you are in charge of your own sex life unless you have one of those rare physical conditions that cause premature ejaculation involuntarily.
