How can a woman tighten a loose vagina?
During sexual activity, most men prefer a tight vagina due to friction. How can one tighten an enlarged vagina? The internet advertise Kegal exercises, creams/ointments and vaginal tightening surgery. Sometimes due to trauma, the vaginal area gets torn, rip and the diameter of the hole increases. How can this be helped?

if you're a porn star, you're a lost case.
Kegals is the best way. Some people just have a different dimension to their vagina. But you can use the exercises to tone the muscles and it will also help highten orgasm.
Sounds to me like you pretty much have all the answers already.
other then the woman learning to tighten her muscles through kegal exercises, there really is no other practical way, surgery's a stupid thing to do under those circumstances
make an appointment with your doctor , yes there is a way of doing this, it will be a little uncomfortable at first but will surely acheive the results requested.
Generally after delivery the vegina becomes loose .It can be tightened by practicing Yoga and pranayam.regularly
There are five types of pranayam. One should practice them ,The CD of Shri Ramdeobaba is available everywhere
One can get it and do it at home also
it can be done by sewing stitches and making the big hole smaller. a bit painful procedure but what else have you got if you really want it.
I agree with the internet, kegels work though I feel silly doing them I've heard that the creams don't work and the last resort guaenteed is surgery
there is a surgical procedure known as periniorrhapy… literally tanslated it means " to repair the perineum "…
there are many reasons why this procedure is done… sometimes esp during repeated childbirth the vaginal canal stretches to a certain extent that urine incontinence may actually occur… this is the most common reason for this procedure
this procedure usually requires a hospital stay… 2 days minimum… done by a gynecologist…under spinal anesthesia… relatively short operative time around 30-45 minutes… and depending on the patients age and medical history it is usually classified as a low risk minimally invasive procedure…
consult your ob-gyne if you want more details…
good luck , i hope everything turns out well for you…
PS… i agree with some people here, Kegels manuever or Kegels exercise really works… in fact most gynecologist i know actually recommend it… surprisingly, a good number of urinary incontinence is reversed with strengthening of the muscles… also for those who just want a " tighter " canal… it works for a good number of them … surgery is done only as a last resort or for those whose injury is already very extreme…
A friend told me that muscle control helps in tightening the vagina. It is a form of exercise wherein you press in your thighs, keeping in mind to hold tight your muscles in the vaginal area and hold it for like 5 to 10 seconds while also holding your breath. Then rela.x, breathe and repeat the procedure one more time. Well, actually, you can do this exercise in as many times as you feel comfortable doing it.
If there's been trauma, surgical repair might be indicated.
If its just loosening over time, post childbirth, etc, go with kegels first.
I'd skip the ointments.
The kegal exercises are a great idea. I also recommend the ben wa balls. They work wonders. There is also a cream that is sold in novelty stores call "chinese shrink cream" and some other called "so tight", and another called "virgin again". They all work as well, especially the so tight.
