    No herbs just kegel, it really works.

    Kegel an exercise that not only tightens it also helps with incontients of the bladder. A company called "pure Romance" that sells a product called LIKE A VIRGIN which works. Some people have all so said that you can use alum (for canning) can be used as a douche. I would ask a DR before I my self would try that.

    cinnamon sticks always helps for me. Insert and leave for a week.
