Does anyone know how to tighten the vagina?

I have had two kids and just wondering of anyone know how to tighten the vagina anything besides kegels? I have heard of using Alum????

    there is an operation that you can do that they sew a few parts together. also restrain from sex for a while it should be back to normal in no time.
