Penis problems :
Hi guys im young and have already started to get penis problems and its rly embaressing and depressing. First thing is that i have this rly bad sharp pain in my testicles whenever i run or move at times. and another thing is that im getting very bad warts and spots on my penis. except these dont seem to be warts. they seem to be permanent. they are just like skin and lots of them around my penis. im also having different marks on the head of my penis too. the problem is rly embaressing and dont know what to do. any genuine help is greatly appreciated

Can't answer the aching gonads part but the warty bellend sounds like either herpes or BXO. If you havn't had sex (gay or straight) then it is probably BXO this is an allergic reaction. It could be to something as simple as changing your washing powder. The next step is to see a doctor get the gonads checked out and let him have a look at your bellend he or she has seen loads of them.

The pain in your testicles is NOT normal. You need to have a doctor check that out ASAP! Do you regularly check yourself for lumps?
how young are you cuz the warts could be hair begining to grow. and the hurting, well maybe stop masterbating so much cuz ur testicals might be rubbing against the wall of the sack (isnt that a pretty picture)

the wart like bumps are skin tags wow that sucks go to the doc and get suggestions from him i think skin tags can be removed.
sounds like std.. you need to get to the doctor asap.. like now.. so get there before you loose your manhood. doctors state that you donot have to be having sex inorder to get this that you could pick it up inpublic restroom..
