vaginal tightening?
when i had my last child in 2001, the doctor that delivered tried her best not to let me tear, therefore of course i did not get any stitches. my son weighed 9 pounds. ever since then i've felt loose in the vaginal area. i had stitches after the birth of my daughter in 1998, she weighed 8lb 5oz. i did not have this problem after i had her. anyway, i heard that there is a surgery to tighten the vagina. is this safe? has anyone had it done? what is the cost? i live in chicago, i am not sure what type of doctor performs such a surgery. are there any other alternatives??
what is kegels???
thanks in advance

Kegel exercises every day, several times a day will help a lot. But I believe the surgery you are talking about would be done by a gyno-plastic surgeon. I do not know the cost. You would have to run a search for a gyno that does plastic surgery in your area. They should be able to tell you the cost.
Check out the link below.
Have you tried kegels? I honestly wouldn't have surgery if it wasn't necessary.
On "Talk Sex With Sue" (10 p.m. CST on Sundays on Oxygen) she said that Kegals are just as beneficial as surgery. She said that surgery was too expensive…to painful…
Ive never had a child so I don't know how you feel but I wouldn't go through surgery.
"Kegels" are like little muscle exercises you can do down there. They are simple; they use the same muscles that are used when constricting the urine flow. That's all you have to do is mimic that act… squeeze and hold for a few seconds at a time. Try doing a couple sets of 10 reps or so…should work just fine. Good luck!
kegals r basically when u go to pee but u dont. u like try not to. its awkard and hard to describe. look it up
