How to tighten the muscles of vagina? AS it become loose after delivery & continous intercourse.?

I m 22 year & mother of a 2 year boy. i want to tighten the muscles of vagina, Is it possibel? somebody told me to put some “Alum” on vagina can do this? is this right? serious answers please

    Yes. The other answer was right. The exercises are called kegel excercises. A very healthy way to keep your pelvic floor muscles working well. Often, to teach women how to do it, you can stop and start the flow of urine–those are the muscles that you need to be using for the kegels. However, doing that while you urinate can increase your chances of getting a urinary tract infection because of the back flow of urine. So, if you are unsure of how to do kegels, just do the urine thing a couple of times, then, try it like normal. There is a great link below that shows how to do them. All of the studies utilizing kegels are very successful when women to the kegels daily for months with at lease a hundred reps daily… So, that means you should schedule them into your routine so you don’t forget. Maybe while commercials are on on your favorite daily TV show, or in the car. You’ll figure it out. good luck.

    i heard that if you just work out ur vagina muscles they’ll get tighter. like if you squeeze. like holding ur pee apparently helps to tightens the muscles.
