Is it true that women can do stuff to tighten the walls of the vagina?

I heard from some folks that women can do things that will cause the walls of their vagina to tighten, the point of which is to increase sexual pleasures. I find this hard to believe and would like to know if its possibel and how women go about such things.

  1. It's called Kegel exercises. You just kinda "flex" your vagina? Not sure how to put it. It's like when you're peeing and you stop the pee, and then let it go again. If you do that, it tightens you up!

  2. Yes – they are known as Kegel exercises – essentially tightening the same muscles that you would use if you stop/start the flow of urine. by doing repetitions, you strengthen these muscles – and the walls of the vagina.

    Believe it or not the vaginal wall is made up of muscles. Just like any other muscle the more you exercise it the stronger it becomes. Try tightening and releasing those muscles. Just like when you tighten your butt muscles. Don't think that it's just an empty hole. Those muscles are there mainly so you can give birth but if you work them out you will be amazed at what else you can do with them.

    Kegels!

    Flex the muscle you use to pee. Hold it for 3 seconds, release, hold it again. Do this often, and hold it for longer each time.

    They are easy to do, and no one knows. You can even do it at work! lol

    Plus if you ever really have to pee, making this muscle stronger makes it less likely that you will pee your pants

    You can even flex this muscle on and off during intercourse. It doesn't do too much for me, but my husband thinks it's a crazy (good crazy) feeling.
