Im 17 and just started having sex and its annoying when i cant last longer than 3 min so i was wondering how long will it take for me to last longer in bed and any tips on how to last longer

Think about sports.
one you can masturbate before sex. use condoms that have a numbing sensation which will help you last longer. think about other things that are non sexual during sex. also the best thing i find is if you masturbate to just before the point of orgasm and continue to do this it improves your duration in the bedroom.

Actually, the quickest, funnest way is to practice by yourself and when u feel like ejaculating just stop until the sensation diminishes and then go on and so forth… It's hard to stop and it takes a while to recognize the point of no return, but soon you will learn to control your body instead of letting it control you. yeah heres a tip. slow it down, before you reach climax slow down or change positions because thatll stop you from finishing, you have to distract yourself. try being on top because then you can control the pace and stop at anytime to catch yourself. hope i helped a little
