Have any of you women out there ever tried the Kiegels exercises to tighten ur vagina?
If you how often are u supposed to do them, do u notice a real difference? and about how long do u think it takes to make it tighter?

yes they work wonders. it does help with incostenince but it also helps the walls of the vagina tighten up. i did them before and after i gave birth and i was as tight as i was when i first started having sex. squeeze the muscles (like when you stop and start peeing, to figure out how) squeeze and hold for 10 seconds, wait 3 seconds and do about 15 reps at a time. the more you do it the tighter you get. good luck!
nevr tried it but i guess i will and get bck 2 u
I think the main purpose of the exercise has to do with reducing urinary incontinence, and nothing else.
the purpose of kegel exercises is to tighten the pelvic floor muscles which isnt exactly the vagina even though they surround some of the vagina and anus. The purpose of kegel exercises is to help streghten these pelvic floor muscles that help control the bladder to prevent urinary incontinance or leaking etc.
It takes a long time.. like many months of doing them daily several times a day on an empty bladder and you wouldnt notice anything unless you were having urine leaking issues ….you would notice this slowing to stopping but other than that, you wouldn't notice anything.
