Combating Premature Ejaculation

When you start making love with an individual, it is important to take things slowly and be patient. One of the most common mistakes amongst men which leads to premature ejaculation is that because of excitement or inexperience peeps tend to go at it very fast which leads to peaking too quickly.
The start stop method includes beginning slowly and then stopping for a few quick seconds whenever you feel that you are about to ejaculate. It is one of the best ways to treat pe. Your partner should play an active part in this by stopping or slowing down or changing positions at your command.
The old saying “practice makes perfect” is valid here, keep practicing this and you will see in increase in sexual stamina enabling you to last much longer in bed without ejaculating.
