Premature Ejaculation? Try Hypnosis
Premature ejaculation is often the result of an inability to control one’s feelings mentally. While many think that it is quite impossible to control things mentally, this is in fact an incorrect notion and controlling the mental feelings and thoughts is possible during intercourse just as it is at any other point of time. It is important to understand that all you are looking to do is control the anxieties and lack of confidence in your mind which ultimately leads to being unable to control ejaculation.

Self hypnosis is one of the most widely accepted methods of controlling the mind and prolonging ejaculation thereby increasing the pleasure of sexual intercourse. It gives you the ability to last longer in bed which makes love making, pleasurable not only for yourself but also for your partner. The true essence of pleasurable love making lies in the satisfaction of both the individuals involved.
1.) Choose a number and relate this number to a special place in your mind. This place is where you are free from all the anxieties and worries and can focus only at the task at hand. For example, say the number ‘55’ is your chosen number. Give a name to that special place, let’s say ‘big’. All you need to do now is practice saying that number in your mind along with the name of the place. So, what you are thinking is 55…big…55…big and so on and focusing on the special place where you are free from all worries. Do this right before intercourse.
2.) Whenever you find yourself close to the climax while making love, repeat the number that you have chosen in your head and you will be driven away from the thoughts of premature ejaculation and you will gradually increase your longevity in bed considerably.
3.) In the event where you find yourself unable to concentrate on the number and you are close to ejaculating, try to count backwards from your chosen number at this time. The essence here is that it keeps your mind busy and pulls it away from the thoughts of ejaculating.
