7. Try parsley, wheat grass and celery for their high chlorophyll content.
8. Peppermint, cinnamon, lemon and cardamom should also be included in one’s diet for the sperm to taste sweeter.
9. Avoid junk food of all sorts as their preservative and chemical substances pollute ones system.
10. Try avoiding all those products which state that they’ll change your sperm taste because there is no evidence or proof found that they do.
11. Try more naturally available ingredients. Add zinc and selenium supplements to your diet as well.
