I have never heard of Virgin Cream, but there are exercises you can do to help tighten your muscles, such as Kagel's.
If you really believe this is what it does, you don't have to need a name, anyone will work.
Don't waste your money on creams that won't work. Just do your kegel exercises.
Many Internet stores that sell sex aids, sell this type of cream under different names. The main ingredient in most of them is Alum. It will make you temporarily slightly tighter. You will not get as wet and so sex may not be comfortable though.
