   If your talking about viagra (or like substances) then the answer is straight forwards. Viagra makes it easier for blood to flow into erectile tissue hence how it helps men with erectile dysfunction. Your clitoris is made up of erectile tissue and therefore blood would enter your clitoris easier and your pleasure may or may not increase but you may be more likely to get aroused.

   Male hormones on the other hand WILL cause changes in a female but only after prolonged use and the effects of these will be an increase in body hair and facial hair, deepening of the voice etc. Just like if a male took female hormones over a prolonged period of time he would grow breasts etc.

   Nothng would happen because it triggers male hormones not female hormones. If anything, it will just make the girl jittery.
