Pain medicine causing penis problems?

I am a 32 yr.old male.I take Hydrocodone for a back injury and it causes my penis to not get hard enough to pleasure my wife.Does anybody know what I can do?So far,this is the only medicine thats strong enough for my pain.Thanks!

    Am on high doses of painkillers too:and that has a real bad effect on your penis.
    There is but one solution:or Viagra
    Or option no 2:see the Dr.about it:but most painkillers have this side effect.

    unfortunately i think this is a side effect with a lot of pain meds. talk to your dr.
