Does anyone know of a surgery that will lift my cervix and tighten my vagina?

Your cervix is attached to your uterus, so if your uterus has prolapsed or shifted, there are surgeries that can correct this.
As for your vagina, there is a procedure called vaginoplasty, which can tighten the walls. However, if you practice Kegel exercises you can achieve much the same effect with no surgery.
Talk to your gynecologist about both of your questions…that person would be the best source of definitive information.
