Is it true if you don’t have sex for a long time your vagina will tighten up?

Also is it true that there are excersizes to keep it tight?

Yes, it will tighten but not very noticeably. Kegel exercises will help tighten more and can give a better orgasm.

If you routinely perform Kegel exercises, then your vaginal muscles will become more firm and toned, and when you contract during orgasm, it definitely will be more noticeable to you and your partner.

Kegel exercises can be performed at any time. The next time you have to pee, try to stop your flow. Those or are your Pelvic Floor Muscles (PC muscles). You'll want to do as many reps/sets of these as you can. You can do them while you're at work, driving, on the beach…anywhere. No one can notice you exercising these muscles.

If you feel your butt clenching, you're using the wrong muscles. The more you work at flexing and releasing these muscles, the tighter you will be able to get them.

You can also use Ben Wa Balls to help strengthen your PC muscles. These balls give something for your muscles to hold onto, similar to running while wearing wrist weights. It's not necessary, but can help speed along the toning process. I know that Adam & Eve sells many Ben Wa Balls, and we have some that are connected (like little barbells) and come with strings (so you can't lose them!) that are great for beginners. All of them are made from products that are safe to keep in your body for hours at a time.

I heard that was true… I also heard that a trip to the Virgin Islands also helps.

  3. Yeah, if you wait a while it does tighten up. & the exercises you're talking about are called kegel exercises. They actually help tighten you up more and make your muscles down there stronger. & make you have better orgasms…. if you want to find out how to do them just google them up and you'll most likely find an article explaining how to do so. ^-^

I don't think it gets tighter necessarily maybe just feels like that as your not used to it. There are however exercises you can do such as pelvic floor exercises. This involves contracting your pelvic floor muscles ( same idea as stopping in the middle of peeing) do this throughout the day and you'll soon notice a difference :)

You can buy japanese vagina cream to help tighten it up.
But yes, that's true if you've only had sex a few times because you start to get loose after a while.
