Does soaking in a bath with epsom salt help tighten the vagina??

I heard that soaking in a bath filled with epsom salt helps to tighten the vagina? Has anyone ever tried this before?? I would like to know if it works…any other ways that people have heard of to tighten the vagina would be helpful..

  1. This is a new one! No, honey, epsom salts are made of magnesium sulfate which is a disinfectant.
Try exercises…talk to your gynae, they're trained in this sort of thing and won't laugh (and if s/he laughs, get a new gynae!). You can try those ben-wa balls that go inside, but check with your doctor first.

what happens if you fall asleep in your bath??

  5. god knows and sees else Yahoo

    NOT Epsom Salts
    Its Alum

  6. NO! Too much salts can cause serious burns! Get out of the tub and talk to your OBGYN.

  7. that just made me laugh so hard i farted…anyhow, i have never heard of the salt treatment you speak of…but i would suggest kegel exercises

  8. The only way to tighten the muscles of the vagina is to do keagal exercises.

You could, theoretically get it surgically done, but why do that?

Epsom Salts will not help you with your vagina.

  9. No, do kegel exercises

  10. Towboat Girl

Nothing short of plastic surgery will help that problem.

no.. try kegal exercises.. expand and contract the muscles, and with time they will get stronger.. i've been doing them for a long time and trust me ;) it works!

My friend swears by kiegels to tighten.. it's worth a shot… she says to tighten up at stop lights until they turn green, do this at all stop lights….

No! But try doing keegels, this is like when you stop your urination during flow, this tightens the muscles they recommend it for women that are preparing for child birth.

  14. thats a huge folklore – the only way this can be done is by surgery and trust me that is extremely painful

    KEGEL

  16. Kegel exercises can tighten the muscles of the vagina.

But nothing can retighten skin – once skin looses its elasticity, it's gone. Salt won't do anything.

  17. uncle billy

    sure go for it

  18. If one would put the Epsom salts in their mouth it would cause them to pucker.

So I guess the same pucker effect would apply to the Lil ole gauche.

  20. Okay, so recently i started taking epsom salt baths to get rid of a spray tan and to detoxify. and holy cow. had sex with the boyfriend a couple days later and i was so tight i honestly felt like i’d gotten my hymen back. i didn’t find it as enjoyable in the beginning as my bf did. he was like ‘wtf?!’ why are you so tight??? then came to find out that epsom salt will constrict the vaginal walls. so yes. believe me. it works. even for someone like me who wasn’t even trying to get a tighter vagina. i just wanted a nice hot bath! lol

  21. Please forget everybody else I’ve tried the epsom baths and it works… Mayb it works only for that one time but it helps! Sit in a bath for about 20 to 30 min and u and your partner will tell a difference and its not gonna burn people take epsom baths all the time for achy joints….So go for it!

  22. Soaking in epsom salt and Lemons works for some! You may not want to put lemons directly in your or on your vagina… IM NOT SURE ABOUT THE due to an allergic reaction you may have!
