My boyfriend can’t seems to last longer in bed, any helpful advise pls?

my boyfriend is 2 years older than me, about 23 yrs, but whenever we are making love, he just can't seems to last long enough in bed, mostly only about 3-4 mins. is that normal?

any one with similar experiences to share?
