what can i do to tighten up my vagina for sexual purposes? ?

i feel my vagina is "large" and would like to do a "workout". where can i find some free info thats actually worth doing?

  1. tightening and relaxing your PC muscle you can do it anytime they are the ones you use to stop the flow of urine just do them several times a day shoot for 20 times a day you should be able to put your finger in your vagina and feel it squeezing to know you are doing it right that way you will know you are using the correct muscles. Look it up for other techniques. google kegel that should get you plenty of info.

  5. It is the Kegel exercises. You can contract and release your vaginal muscles – it is like sucking in your belly but lower. Once you tone your muscles you can do the same thing during sex and blow your partner out of his mind.

    If it is still difficult to imagine how to do it: when you have your period try to push out a tampon with your muscles. Do that when you would have changed it (gravity will help too when it is heavy).

    It is pretty easy. You can do it anywhere, anytime, and nobody can tell.
