how should i tighten my vagina?? any diet/food or exercise that will help me 2 make my vagina tight ??

due to frequent sex….my vagina is no longer tight….it has become quite loose…as a result..me and my husband are not able to enjoy fully…..any cream,lotion or exercise or any eatable or food item which will help me to regain the tightness of my vagina….

    do some pelvic exercises.

    do some pelvic exercises or there are some surgeries that can tighten it, i don’t know the cause but if that what your husband wants a tight one then it will be worth looking into it.

    im afraid pelvic floor exercises is the only answer unless, unlike me, you can afford to have vaginoplasty, but im assuming not, so next time or everytime you have a wee start and stop the flow a few times, get used to it and before long you will be doing these exersises without even knowing it. good luck

    This will sound really weird but i swear it is true!
    Some adult shops sell these things kind of like balls or beads. Women are supposed to insert them into themselves and by using your PC muscles to keep the balls in there, it tightens your muscles.
    I swear this isnt a lie and its true. They sell them to alot of ladies who have had children and want to tighten back up.

    try kegel exercises (when your urinating stop midstream) they say to try and do this 10-15 times during urination and work your way up!
