Vagina tightening Cream???

I need the name of some good cream to tighten my vagina.
I’ve tried kegel exercises but it doesn’t work much.

    Are you doing it because you are older or leaking urine or is it just a desire to "feel tighter"? If it’s part of the former, then your doctor can prescribe estrogen creams that you can apply daily at first and they taper to once per week. You didn’t give enough information to make a good comment.
