Can women actually tighten their vagina?

some people say that women can improve their pelvic floor muscles by doing certian exercises to tighten their vagina
Im asking does this ACTUALLY work? – have you tried this and your partner has noticed a diffrence?
please answer im thinking about doing kegel exercises but i dont want to waste my time on doing something tht does not work.

  1. Medical opinion- you don’t have to do "exercises" to tighten your vagina. The best known medical advice is: Buy a douche or vaginal wash with vinegar. You and your partner will know the difference. And all without surgery or wasted exercises.

    well basically i think there is a exercise for that but i have also heard that a woman"s vagina can become tighter after each period cycle… and this is because when the vagina pumps blood is contracts the vagina walls and that causes the muscles to get tighter…… :-)

Yeah, the easiest one to do is clenching your bum muscles, i no this sounds strange but wen u do, you can feel in clenching ur vagina and pelvic muscles at the same time, u can do this pretty much without anyone knowing, so you can do it at ur desk at work or watching telly. You need to do it regularly so everyday to get any effect from it. good luck!

  6. Yes it does result in a slight difference.
    Kegel exercises don’t take up a lot of time. You can do them when you are on the toilet. When you are urinating, mid flow, try hold your pee in then let it out again, then in again and let it out again.
    The muscles that you are using during this are the muscles your partner will feel contracting during orgasm. Try clenching these muscles during sex and he will notice, believe me!
