Sexual orientation and health-care?

If I am gay and can cover my domestic male partner on my health insurance, then shouldn’t I be able to cover my domestic female partner also if I am bi-sexual? Doesn’t federal law prohibit discrimination based on my sexual orientation? The company I work for refuses to cover both of them.

It might not be sexual orientation, but the fact that you have two spouses. They’d probably be more likely to deny covering your gay spouse than your female spouse if they were going to discriminate.
