When it comes to vaginal muscles, it’s use ‘em of lose ‘em. They’re just like any other muscle in the body. They sell things at adult bookstores, there dildo-like with nodes (and these vary quite a bit). Just ask the clerk. You insert them and then try to hold them in…seriously a woman with that kind of muscular control is amazing. These tools compliment and add difficulty to kegel exercises.
You could do kegels at any time of the day wherever you are. Just pull back like you stopped peeing in midstream, hold and resume.
Vaginas return to their natural state very quickly. Your opening may be a different size but everything else returns to normal. And that doesn’t effect pleasure.

Oh goodness yes it will. Doesnt have to be too long, 2-3 months is usually enough to be virginal tight, especially if you do the clenching excersises.

Abstinence won’t do it, but kegel exercises will. You can do them anytime, anywhere, and no one knows. Plus, with the extra control you’ll gain, you’ll be able to show your partner a few things he’ll LOVE.

yes you will be tight again it takes about 2 months though.
yes it surely will not only 2-3 months but if your skin has a tendency to heal up faster than other poeple than it might take 3-4 weeks to be tighten and yes it sure ly hurts if you directly go for insertion. a little foreplay can release your anxiety and reduce the pain.
Not "tighten" so much as "atrophy". The vagina has a lot of muscles controlling the shape, and like any muscles that don’t get a lot of workout, it takes time for them to be used and not get sore from stretching and clenching. Kegels are one way to limber/strengthen up again.
. As an exercise buff, I wouldn’t think that NOT using a muscle would tighten it up.

but when with a long bough of abstinence the muscle s are strongly tight together.
