I know this sounds weird but clench your buttocks, you can normally feel ur vagina being clenched too as its using the same muscles, do this for 5 mins a few times a day. Also when you go to the toilet pee a little hold it in, pee some more, hold it in agen. do it a few times each time you go to the toilet and it will help ur muscles tighten.
To tighten vaginal walls i don’t know . But i know the sex position in which u can get maximum pleasure and ur upper and inner walls are tightned it that position . During sex u should lay on ur tummy and spread ur legs . And allow ur partner to enter from behind . It will grip his tool tightly and will also rub u tightly and u can have wonder full sex even if ur vaginal walls are not tight . Hope i solved ur problem .

you need to play with it alot, and by that i mean streach it, pull it, and all sorts of things like that.
also, when you pee, hold it in, the pee, hold it again and peee again. it sounds weird, but it works.
