Strange health question. Is it normal to experience unexpected sexual arousal while exercising?

I am a 31year old male. Today, I was doing pull ups, curl ups and hanging leg lifts and experienced slightly arousing twinges in my sex organs during the exercises. At other times, doing the same exercises I have experienced the same thing. However, I haven’t noticed it when I do other exercises. Thoughts?

serious answers only please.

Pretty normal……Studies have shown that a man will think about sex every 52 seconds.

  3. Yes it is possible and does happen, I have heard of complete orgasms while just jogging, but it also depended on the the position of the penis while excerciseing,as well as some muscles will conect to the groin area. this is not uncommon. if it bothers you try wearing a firmer jockstrap or breifs,
