while im not sure completely about how viagra works, most "male enchancement" pills simply increase the overall blood flow of the body, increasing blood flow to the penis, which makes it look bigger, and the effect only lasts as long as someone takes the pill.
And with viagra, id imagine its just the same thing but in a much more concentrated dose.
So youd probably just feel very hot, because of the increased blood flow.
Sorry this is anti-climactic, im sure you were probably expecting fatal results, ive heard some pretty strange guesses.
