Is it possibe to tighten your vagina?

Ok seriously, I have 3 kids and my last deliver was almost 3 years ago. I do have a boyfriend but we only have sex like 1-2 times a week. It just seems like I have a loose vagina. I mean he gets off and every boyfriend I have had before him seems pleased, but it feels to me like there is too much room in my vagina when I do have sex. I dont think its from the penis being too small either. I dont know, what do yall think? Oh and is it true that douche with vinager tightens it?

  1. Doctors recommend that you never douche at all unless instructed to do so by a doctor. Douching kills the good bacteria in your vagina and sets you up for infections. Google kegel exercises and try those daily for a couple of months. If that doesn’t help, plastic surgeons can do a surgery to tighten things up.

    1. NO DOUCHING!!! That is the absolute WORST thing you can do. And no, chemicals inserted into your vagina will NOT tighten anything.

    2. Do your Kegel exercises. They will tighten your pelvic floor muscles and help you have a tighter "feel" (as well as help with any urinary incontinence you may experience).

    3. See your doctor; in extreme cases surgery can be done.

    that’s right do kegel exercise, look it up on the net. do 2 sets of 15 each day. or squeeze your stream of pee for a few seconds each time your peeing to strenghten it. MINES IS LIKE A VICE GRIP OR JAWS OF LIFE GIRL.

    Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over, about 200 times a day. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.

    This method uses a probe in the vagina to stimulate the muscles of the pelvic floor with an electric current, which causes the muscles to contract and relax. Some health care providers perform these sessions in their offices; others prescribe home units for their patients.

  6. If you’ve had children, your body will never be as tight as it once was, but you can do some kegal exercises to help a little.
    DO NOT DOUCHE! Its bad for you. I don’t know why they even market them.

    If you stand up with your legs apart, and squat but pull the muscles of the vagina in when your squatting, this tightens the vagina area, do this 10 x a day and it really helps, that what i do :) and my boyfriend approves alot x
