no, it does not tighten.
A once-in-a-while douche with a bit of apple cider vinegar mixed with water cleans, refreshes & helps restore normal PH levels to cure yeast infections.
Update: Pem can live her life by the book like a good microbiologist should, but we humans can live dangerously close to the edge & survive!
I’ve done this douche at least 15 times over the course of 20 years with NO ILL EFFECTS WHATSOEVER! AND it DOES cures the beginning of a yeast infection for me every time. I’ve even added a few drops of Colloidal Silver here & there!

A little vingar and water will do the trick, I use one and a half cap-full of vinegar to 1 cup of water. Of course, I do not need to use the entire thing. Funny thing is, I made my own b/c I had no douche available. Later that day I had sex and both he and I noticed a difference. Hope this helps.
