  1. Yup, they teach them when you’re pregnant. Kegel exercises. When you are peeing, squeeze the muscles that make you stop peeing in the middle. Those are the muscles you want to work. Whenever you think of it, squeeze those same muscles. Hold for a few seconds and repeat. Or practice squeezing just a little, then more and more. This exercise will tighten up the vagina, plus you can do them during sex for a little boost for him.

    Well yeah! You know how when you gotta pee real bad, and you clamp down…that’s how you do it, and it’s called the cagel muscle. Just flex and release, flex and release!
