(LMAO) Well honestly you can’t exercise to tighten that area up. If thats the case she might wanna do either option one or two.
    1. Stop having sex so much, because thats why she’s so loose.

2.Go to the sex store and ask for a product that does that. they do have products like that.

Lol that’s hilarious but i wouldn’t know anything about that my womanly muscles are tight and fabulous!!!

  10. You cant tighten your vagina without surgery but you can do exercises call Kegles that strengthen the muscles in the vagina.

  11. There are ways to strengthen the vaginal muscles. There are also health benefits for women who do these exercises. While you can do Kegal exercises (named after Dr. Arnold Kegal) without a pelvic exerciser (products designed to strengthen the vaginal muscles) there are added benefits to using them.

The muscles that you are strengthening when you do this are called the pubococcygeus, or PC, muscles. You can find them when you are urinating as you flex or clench the muscles that stop the flow of urine. That in itself is a Kegal exercise.

You can do them just about anytime or anywhere without anyone knowing (not just when you are using the restroom). Repeat this action 10-20 times a few times throughout the day.

There are a variety of pelvic exercises available. Some are ball shaped (some are called duotone balls or orgasm balls) and have a chord for removal. They are inserted into the vagina with the cord exposed. They can be worn for hours at a time while engaging in everyday activities or during masturbation. When worn during everyday activity there is little(pleasant) to no sensation. If worn during playtime, many women claim to have explosive orgasms. You can simply wear them or do the kegal exercises as stated above.

Wand and barbell exerciser are also available. Simply insert them, then contract your muscles to hold the exerciser in place.

After regular use, pelvic exercisers are known to heighten orgasms overall (even when you are not wearing them). Regular use also helps to prevent bladder control issues and help to regain PC muscle strength – all of which comes with age, child birth and gravity.

If any of the above is an issue, visit a doctor and talk to them about it as well!
