How can I last longer in bed for my girlfriend whom I really love?

I need to last longer in bed with my first girlfriend. We tried out for a few times the past weeks, but I can´t last longer everytime. Is there any tips, medical or techniques that can help?

    if you think you go too fast, try masturbating and ejaculate before, then wait like 15minutes, and go to bed with her? that might do the trick =)
