    They don’t work and are a waste of money.

    foreget the herbs…go to walmart and buy that protein shake stuff, and work your ass off…if you dont gain your not working hard egnough…it takes different amounts of time for different people…alot longer for older people….idk if the pills work or not, but im pretty sure they dont…extenders work
