Help!- Im in need of help with the uncircumcised male genitals?

Im uncircumcised and I have a bit of a tight foreskin which I have trouble pulling back when it is errect.

However, I was just with someone and we had "dried sex" -foreplay without sexual intercourse. She was a bit rough on me and she accidentally pulled my foreskin right right back and it started to bleed where the ‘FRENULUM’ is -where the foreskin is attached to the penis head.

When I pull my foreskin over to cover my penis it stops bleeding but I tries to clean that area just then in the shower by pulling it back but it bleeds so I quickly rinsed it with some soap then pull the foreskin over the penis.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?..Does it heal on its own?
.im a bit nervous. Do I see a GP or go to a sexual health clinic? Im really hesitant as it seems embarrassing but I will have no choice if I need to get it checked out.

The Pharmacy has Cortizone cream, a topical steroid that will reduce irritation. If you can find one that includes aloe, it will help the healing even more.

Might take a week or two to competely disappear.
